Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please call or e-mail the property 48 hours prior to your arrival to inform estimated arrival time. Contact information can be found with the booking details. Reception hours are from 11:00 until 19:00 hours. Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Gorge View in advance by phone or via e-mail. Late arrivals are subject to a surcharge and cannot be guaranteed without a 48 hours advanced notice. Please note, failure to arrive before midnight, or within 30 minutes of your coordinated time, is considered a "no show", cancellation charges will apply. Please note, only children over the age of 12 are welcome in the dorms with a parent or official guardian.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
