It had good location opposite the best spot to view fireworks @ 10:00 PM. A beautiful 15 mints walking distance to rainbow bridge. Lobby/kitchen area is quiet & pleasant. Loved that its not a party hostel. Big dorm room wiz sufficient "old style" bathroom. Not the best dorm beds though :) Good Value for money.

The location was amazing. It was only a 20 minute walk crossing the Rainbow Bridge to the US/Canada border. There were also close by shuttle stops for the free Niagara bus. Free parking on site was also a bonus. Room was very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

You have to check in by 7pm or else make arrangements ahead of time. That wasn't super obvious in the reservations. Just needs to be highlighted more to avoid issues.

Great location, kitchen and dining area with coffee every morning. Guy at front desk was friendly enough but seemed put off when I got there earlier than I thought I would.

No bed privacy at all. My bunk was inches from the door opening to the room. Front desk is not staffed all day. It seems as though one guy runs the whole place. I think the bldg is mostly an apartment bldg.

PARA ESO PAGAMOS Y NO RECIBIMOS EL SERVICIO ADECUADO AL LUGAR.

No me gustó que no hubiera comunicación accesible para poder haberme quedado la noche ahí tube que regresarme la misma noche porque no tenía donde dormir y el administrador le escribí un correo pero obvio seguro que no lo miro y tampoco hubo una línea telefónica al que pudiéramos comunicarnos.

Struttura gestita da un signore molto simpatico disponibile a dare dritte sui dintorni. Salone con tavoli e annessa cucina da poter utilizzare per prepararsi qualcosa da mangiare. Accesso tramite PIN alla porta principale.

In generale necessiterebbe di un riammodernamento e di diversa manutenzione (luci in stanza molto flebili, vasca da bagno in cattivo stato di manutenzione). Non presente un phon in stanza ne vengono lasciati asciugamani (non so se siano richiedibili o meno in reception). La cosa che più mi ha preoccupato, seppur non direttamente dipendente dalla struttura, è stata la posizione: non è lontana dalle cascate ma la zona circostante risulta abbastanza buia, con alcune case abbandonate e in generale tutta l'area di Niagara Falls (ad esclusione di quella prospicente al parco delle cascate) l'ho trovata molto trascurata e poco frequentata (probabilmente lo è di più nel fine settimana). È stata la prima volta in vita mia che ho avuto un po' di timore a girare da sola la sera.
