Localização muito boa, e resposta rápida.

Check in um pouco confuso, informações dadas de acesso estavam erradas. Tive de contactar.

A modest but fine accommodation in the centre of Ponta Delgada which is great for sightseeing. The price is fair for its location,

The room is small and spartan with creaky beds. Shared kitchen and bathrooms are quite far in the hall. No air conditioning or heating (but blankets are warm). The weakest point are the "paper walls" - it was really annoying to hear other guests talking and snoring from the neighboring rooms at night.

The place is in the very middle of the city center, great location. The room was hudge and clean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything needed.

The first night the toilet on our floor was clogged. The owner was informed but didn't do anything. We returned in a week and then the shower at the same floor was clogged.

La incomoditat dels llits, la poca insonorització de l’habitació (entre la 1 i la 2 separa una taula de fusta), la manca de neteja de la cuina. Tot és molt vell.
