AUFantastic location
Terrible beds and mattresses. So hot due to no aircon and not adequate fans or airflow. A 2 seater lounge for apartment that sleeps 5.
AUGreat location.
Uncomfortable beds. No air conditioning. Some windows missing screens. No offstreet parking because 2 cars already parked in 3 car carport taking up all the room.

GBWe booked the apartment as we were going on the Pippies Fraser Island Tour the next morning but if we had known how close other hotels were and how filthy this place would be we would have booked elsewhere for the night before.
Floors were filthy, 5 minutes of walking barefoot in the apartment and our feet were black, toe nail clippings and hair in the 'clean' towels and bathmats, roasting hot with broken ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Dusty fan in the 2nd bedroom just blowing dust in your face at night. We had to go for a walk in the rain just to get out of the apartment because it was so awful. Barely slept as the pillows smelt horrible, it was so hot and dusty.
