Best value accommodation I could find in Cabo. Different home-cooked breakfast every morning was a really lovely unexpected touch. Communication with owner pleasant.

The guy who did my check in (a long time guest, I guess?) was very friendly but ultimately insisted that the light stay on until 9pm in the room, even if nobody is in there. I was exhausted, just wanted to sleep, and was a bit turned off by the vigor with which this weird rule was enforced. Also -- a bit of shade on the roof (or a little pool!) would make it an even more lovely area to hang out.
