Some people that I met there!

I didn't like the way the owners treated me! First of all I had to wait for one hour until they decided to weak up just to leave my backpack, i got here at 8am so i don't thing it was even early. Meanwhile they woke up I decided to wash some under wear and surprisingly the owner told me I couldn't wash in the sink cause I could blocked it?? I'd prefer she tell me straight away that they charge for the laundry. They are never at the hostel, so if you have any question or you need something you don't have the way to resolve the problem! No volunteers or workers there so i don't think it's the best way to rule a hostel.
