No cleanliness, nothing and their policy of checking after 10PM, 2.5 euro per half hour, that's so wrong. They haven't mentioned anything about this on their booking page, and later they asked for money

The staff were helpful and really nice. The tram is right in front of the house.

The kitchen was untidy and not exactly clean. But you can’t hold that against the proprietor. That was done by guests.

The guy on reception seemed nice and was helpful when we were checking in.

We didn't actually end up staying. Checked in, saw the poor state of our room (and the hostel) and immediately booked into another hotel for the night. The photos on booking.com make it look better than it is. The entire hostel had a bad smell and felt dirty. Our private room was quite small, which is fine in itself, but dirty, no aircon, had broken old office blinds on the window that didn't close at all and there were beard trimmings in the bathroom. Have since read other reviews mentioning bed bugs and I'm not surprised! Thankfully in the 10 mins we were in the room we didn't experience any bedbugs! Finally, there were several safety issues: no fire doors (isn't this illegal?), the window in our room had no limiter and opened fully (massive window on 5th floor - not a danger to me personally, but I wouldn't want children staying in that room), and the batteries were exposed on the locking mechanism on the front of our door. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the room. All these things led us to booking another hotel, which was double the price but 10x the quality. Yes, this is a budget hostel and it is cheap, but I think it is expensive for what you get, based on my experience of hostels.

I did like nothing , I overnighted one time and it was almost impossible to sleep at all, it was totally a disaster. I recommend nobody
