Apartment is good for a family or group wanting to be close to the beach and experience the night life at Batu Ferringhi.

Small things which would bother travellers but need to adjust your expectations per how much you’re willing to fork out. Will not list down all the things observed but it would be nice if owners installed a water dispenser.

The place more convenient with lot of food stalls around. Can't expect more on the facilities its only meet basic needs. Hope can improve on air conditioner, bed and others.

I hate cockroach..and the bed so hard. But all as I mentioned above need to improve.
