No tenía agua para bañarse, lavarse la cara, etc. Cocina incompleta

Gostei da lozalização pois é bem próximo do mar. A vizinhança é tranquila e não paresentou riscos Fácil acesso ao comércio, ponto de ônibus

Venho através desse comentário externar a minha frustação na hospedagem, pois ao chegar no local após o chekin tivemos muita dificuldade em relação a ligação do arcondicionado apesar de estarmos em uma ciadade muito quente e o ventilador não ser suficiente para arejar o quarto além de fazr muito barulho. Houve um corte na utilização da água o que é uma vergonha um estabelicimento deixar os hospedes sem água por 3 dias. Nesse caso tivemos que comprar galões de água para poder realizar os asseios.

The location of the Hostel is nice.

Today we want to give an honest review. We stayed in your Hostel for 3 nights an the entire stay the time we had water was way less than the time we didn’t have water. Seams like no big thing, especially for the people on the reception. Because when somebody would ask if there is any water the answer would be… yeah in 3 hours. So at 2 in the morning. It could not have bothered them less. But when there is no water nobody can shower, brush their teeth or flush the toilet. For 3 days. The result anybody can imagen. The community water fountain in the hallway was also always empty. All in all we want to highlight that there would have been better ways to handle this situation. For example to give every guest a bottle of water for brushing their teeth and also to be able to flush the toilet after using with the water. Or to put water bottles next to the toilet so everyone would be able to flush.

Não tinha água o tempo que fiquei lá. Me garantiram que a booking iria me dar 30% desconto em cada diária. Devido ficar essas duas diárias sem água no estabelecimento.

A localização não poderia ser melhor, no coração do Leblon, bem pertinho da praia e perto de vários restaurantes , supermercado, metrô etc.

Somente um dos 3 banheiros compartilhados estava funcionando (segundo a equipe era por falta d’água pra minimizar problemas), mesmo assim o banheiro tava sempre sujo e encharcado (tudo bem que isso tem muito haver com a vivência dos hóspedes, mas lugar limpinho se mantém limpo).
