The host is very friendly.

It is dirty and it full of bugs. The is no privet rooms or locked doors to stay behind them.

"Cheap place to sleep!"

Hot water worked well, fans in the rooms were adequate for cooling, no overwhelming smell, functioning outlet next to the bed, clean sheets, no bed bugs, clean floors, inexpensive, easy to find, locked gate, self-entry pad.

Cockroaches in the kitchen, baby roaches in the bathroom, beeping fire alarm in the kitchen drawer, manager added a surprise $5 cash "service charge", no silverware or can opener, no light in bathroom, roommates played loud music all night long.

"Great value overnight stay in a friendly environment"

The guests and manager were friendly and helpful. The patio also has a nice vibe with all the plants. Was given everything I needed including an extra blanket to drape over my bunk for darkness/privacy.

There were lots of little bugs on the floor and walls. I'm not sure if any were bedbugs but I fortunately wasn't bitten. Slightly concerning but I've seen worse, as I've been in hotels with roaches before.
