I have visited Lunar Surf House several times over the years, and the lure it has on me is nothing short of magical. I always leave feeling revitalised and wanting to return, a feeling shared by many guests who find themselves coming back again and again. The beauty of this hostel is that it is owned and run by Moroccans who truly embody the country’s hospitality. Whatever your age or background, you immediately feel part of a family. Meals are shared, the living spaces bring everyone together, and the outdoor experiences create a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. You never feel restricted here; instead, you feel completely free and cared for, with everything you need at hand. Even if you saw nothing of Morocco outside the hostel, you would leave feeling fulfilled. The breakfasts and dinners are fresh, wholesome and satisfying, and the hostel offers something for everyone: day trips, desert excursions, surfing, yoga, or simply a peaceful space to work and unwind.

My only feedback would be regarding the food variety and the property’s overall upkeep. The meals are hearty but could benefit from a little more variation, as they felt more diverse in the past. Some of the plants, carpets and décor are beginning to deteriorate, and the hostel would really benefit from a refresh, especially small touches like signage. With a bit more love and attention to the aesthetic details, this place could be nothing short of perfect.

Staff simpatico e disponibile, colazione eccellente, molte attività proposte.

Pulizia non impeccabile, ma comunque niente di esagerato. Per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina occorre fare 10/15 a piedi oppure prendere l’auto (offrono anche servizio navetta).

Un délice ! - Le couscous du vendredi (dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas tous les jours) - l'équipe de Lunar est super chaleureuse et disponible pour faire de notre séjour un super moment - les diversités des activités proposées - cours de yoga (rapport qualité/prix au top. La nouvelle prof est géniale) - localisation : proche de l'avenue principale, à moins de 10min à pied des plages, à proximté de cafés, restaurants, superettes,...Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à porté de main - le calme (bien que proche de l'avenue principale, Lunar est à l'abri du bruit). Parfait si vous recherchez un lieu cocoon pour recharger vos batteries
