A unique place, cosy atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Ana Patricio (the host) is the "cherry on top of the cake". Loved everything about Pensão Destino, I will definitely come back.

Lovely familiar atmosphere, spacious, comfortable and very clean room with private bathroom. Lovely breakfast with good yoghurt, red fruit and cereals and good coffee. Ana is a lovely host that makes you feel welcome. I want to come again!

Great location, just a few minutes by car from Castelo de Vide (it's quite far by foot). The historic building, decorated in a minimalistic yet functional style, is in a calm area so it's great to just relax. The room was well cleaned. Wonderful breakfast. And, of course, the lovely Geppetto!

Be aware that the property isn't fenced so adventurous pets may wonder off. Though they accept pets, didn't feel that our young curious dog was very welcomed (unrelated to noise or mess, or lack thereof): puppy in a new place = enthusiastic sniffing. Not having shower gel or shampoo caught us off-guard (used hand wash, worked fine so no big deal).
