It's an incredibly interesting old house. I had a small but cozy single room. It was very comfortable with fleece sheets. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly good, and had unusually good water pressure for the Philippines, but cold water only. The Aircon worked fine. It takes a while to get cold, but that's only because they do so in old houses. One of the staff members was so friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Good breakfast was included. Good WiFi. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but the service level was a bit hit or miss, depending on who was on duty. I couldn't lock my door from the inside, just a broken hinge there. No water dispenser or kettle. The bar is closed on Sundays. There's no WiFi in the bar, but unfortunately my Smart sim data didn't work there either.

Maison historique de Bohol des années 1920. Style art deco tropical, avec influence americaine des maisons de Nouvelle Angleterre. Véritable oasis verdoyante dans la ville dont on a envie de proffiter le plus.

A la réception on m'a demandé 1000 pesos en caution, et lors du check out, le réceptionniste était different et pour lui aucune caution n'a été versé...de + la clim était très bruyante. Pour finir, le scooter demandé n'était pas prêt le lendemain

we like the old vibe of the place.. its amazing that the staff/owner was able to maintain its structure after all these years.. the place is clean, easily accessible, we love the plants around the lodge and its close to the port where we off boarded
