The staff was very nice and the location was good

The room had very dirty walls and the pillow cases had holes in it. The mattress cover was very old. I didn't feel even comfortable sitting on it as it felt like it was never washed. The pillow case had a blood spot on it

"Great place to stay if you can do the stairs"

The hostel was right across the bridge into the downtown area. Perfect location..

That they used very strong scent on the bedding. Note...the stairs are steep but oh so quaint.
