La terrasse surplombant l’océan, super pour les couchers de soleil. Localisation en hauteur (c’est bon pour le sport) et on est à l’écart des bars et de la foule, tout en restant près de l’animation. L’hôtesse, bien que disponible à distance, nous a guidés à notre arrivée. Uniquement disponible sur WhatsApp, bien suivre les consignes d’enregistrement… à la lettre. Ustensiles de cuisine rangés dans des boites séparées pour chacune des chambres, on ne peut pas se tromper.

Il faut être préparé à partager sanitaires et cuisine. Dans l’ensemble, les voyageurs sont discrets. Équipement de la chambre rudimentaire mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Suggestion : accès à la maison par le parking, les déchets jonchant le parking pourraient être enlevés et l’accès rendu un peu plus accueillant. Cela donnerait un meilleure image du lieu.

La cercanía a la playa.

El alojamiento es una casa donde hay 3 habitaciones, dos baños, una cocina y un salón que compartes con los demás alojados. Vivienda totalmente descuidada, frigorífico sucio. La casa da poca sensación de limpieza. El acceso no está preparado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Die Lage war sehr schön! Man könnte sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge vom Haus sehen. Strand war auch schön. Schöne Aussicht!

Wenn man aber ein Problem hat, ist es sehr schwierig mit der Verantwortliche in Kontakt zu kommen, da sie ihre Telefon meistens nicht abhebt bzw. nicht zurückruft. Somit, weiss man nicht, ob das Problem überhaupt gelöst wird und wann das passieren könnte. Auch mit SMS habe ich keine Erfolg gehabt. Z.B: Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir nicht gewusst wo wir schlafen, und wir haben lange gewartet, bist sie mitbekommen habt, dass wir (zusammen mit anderen Gäste) angekommen sind. Das wäre alles kein Problem, wenn sie einfach das Telefon abheben würde! Das Doppelzimmer wo meinen Eltern waren hatte kein Kasten oder etwas für die Klamotten zu hängen bzw. die Koffer darauf zu geben.
