todo genial .por poner una pega ...no tiene ascensor..por lo demas perfecto todo ..y la tienda de embutidos .ni te cuento fenomenal ...y un buen detalle el sobre de embutidos ..de bienvenida.. la hubicacion perfecta ..mejor imposible

El personal fue excelente, muy amables y me facilitaron las cosas en todo momento. La habitación era muy cómoda y perfecta para poder descansar bien tras la jornada de trabajo.

Amazing location in the middle of the main street, lots of options for eating out and shopping just outside the door. Great to have AC in the room. Generally the room has all necessities.

The level of cleanliness was poor from my view, dust on bedside tables, hairs in the sink/shower/toilet/tables. Furniture is worn off, not exactly broken but slightly damaged here and there.

Fabulous location- right in the heart of the old section of the city. Room was spotless, and quiet. Temperature was fine. Staff was very friendly. The room was extremely cramped with essentially no room at all on the side of the bed... but spartan, doable. The bathroom had a squeeze-in shower with plenty of hot water! Two squeeze bottles- one shampoo the other body wash were provided. No grab bar in the shower, but the space was so small you really didn't have room to fall down anyway... A problem in the (sadly common among too many hotels) is that there is no place to set the shampoo and body was while you are inside the shower. I don't know how others remedy this situation- I am tall, so I end up balancing them up on top of the edge of the shower door. A tip for future guests: They had installed one of those modern sink mirrors with a built-in led light at the top. BUT, they had left the power connected through a wall switch over to the side. So you need to turn on that wall switch which then enable the built in touch-button on the mirror, which you can then use to turn on the light. (You can't just use the wall switch to turn it on and off... the mirror button resets to off when the power is turned off). Homey eclectic mix of hangers in the closet area.

This is a quaint sincere lodging in an ancient building with nice staff. I honestly wish I could give it a glowing review. But it would do a disservice to not mention two huge problems: Safety and Security. Safety: Tucked away in the Bookings.com listing under an icon about handicap access is says "Upper floors accessible by stairs only". Well, other than the counter at the adjacent Jamoneria where you check in, everything is on upper floors. So- stairs to get to your room. Not just stairs, but unsafe stairs with shallow treads and no handrails at all! (There are a few places where a wooden cap sits on top of a stub wall, but it is NOT a handrail!) To compound the problem, lighting in the stairway is controlled by spotty motion sensors. Twice when descending the stairway in the wee hours as I was checking out, the lights went out. Pitch black. No amount of waving my hand in the air to try to activate the motion sensor was successful. All I could do was to very carefully feel the way with my feet step by step, until finally I reached a spot where the sensor noted life and the light went back on. Security: On check-in I got two keys- one for the room and one for the common entrance in from the street. Both locations also had keypads. From both inside the room and outside with the key you can turn twice to get a deadbolt to secure the room. From outside with the keypad it appears that it only unlocks the door if the actual deadbolt had not been engaged. The security issue is that the "keycode" is laughable in that it is just based on the number of the room. Once you see your own code, the code for any other room is obvious. But luckily, as I said, that keypad does not appear to actually open the door if you have engaged the deadbolt, so of course I made sure to use the key and throw the bolt. Well, that was comforting until I got back to the room after sightseeing...
