"Pelo valor vale. Uma reforma básica."

A liberdade que o ambiente tem nos deixa muito confortável mesmo que o quarto seja compartilhado. Também a localização não é muito distante do centro histórico de 7 a 15 minutos andando.

Falta de televisão na área do café faz a mesma estava desativado mofo no mesmo ambiente. Uma pequena reforma já é o suficiente.
