i liked that they ended up returning all my money. the private rooms look nice, so this review is about the dorms only

you need to have zero self respect to stay in these tiny old dorms, i made a mistake of paying before seeing them (being terribly tired and injured) and the staff did everything to keep the payment at least partially . i only discovered later that they were lying and with my genius status i had free cancellation anytime. I ran away to the hostel that was more expensive but with big wooden beds and rooms that are at least twice bigger than here and with a way friendlier attitude and a family-like atmosphere also, attention! the area IS NOT safe after dark, it's too close to the loud and messy central market, in the evenings there are sneaky locals drinking around every corner. i've spent total 4 days in Santa Rosa and being a solo female traveler I always walked as fast as I could pass this area

Super location, two minutos walk to main Plaza, very clean, very well organized Hostel. Curtains, Luz ang charger For each bed. Big and very comfortable.bed. very clearn restrooms with hot shower., clean and well equipped kitchen. stuffs are super nice and clean.

Très central et à deux minutes des Jeeps pour aller aux thermes

Sharing area is beautiful, it is located close to the area where the jeeps go to the hot springs. It is a cheap option, for sure. I didn't take the option with breakfast, but it looked nice. One of the staff memberd was suoer nice and gave me really good advices and information.

Room is really tiny, with almost no space to leave your belongings. Didn't feel super welcomed by the staff in general. Kitchen was not so clean
