"Excellent but mattresses need rethink"

Location, staff, clean, lots of hot water

Mattress uncomfortable because dents where everybody has had their hip.

The room was fine, clean, and warm. The bedding was clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. Even though the bed was single, it was comfortable to relax.

The parking lot was an unpleasant surprise. It was free but in terrible condition. The parking lot was unpaved and had a clay surface, which, combined with the rain during my stay, turned into a wet mess. My shoes, pants, and luggage were splattered with the clay, which was especially inconvenient since I had to leave for work early in the morning.

"We should have stayed longer."

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was conveniently close to Stratford. Quiet location. We didn’t walk anywhere because of the weather BUT, it looks like it would be an excellent summer spot.

We would have appreciated a ground floor room (we’re both 70 yrs young - but we managed OK.

La possibilité de cuisiner dans une cuisine très bien équipée

Le manque de connexion entre l'établissement et Booking. J'avais réservé la dernière chambre avec des lits jumeaux et quand je suis arrivée on m'a proposé une chambre avec des lits superposés. J'ai protesté et on n'a pu m'offrir qu'une chambre avec deux lits superposés dont nous avons utilisé les lits du bas.
