Blue Moon Guesthouse

Room was okay (we had the mountain view VIP room), the room was spacious but there were dead bugs splattered on the wall when we arrived so did not feel clean. AC worked on and off. The location is quite isolated, which was a challenge for getting decent food.

Beautiful grounds and surroundings and I loved the decking with swing seat. Great coffee!

Location is great for views and if you like being away from the crowds. While not everything on the dinner menu was available, the handmade pizza stood up to the hype. And breakfast was good and fairly priced

Our top floor room had a stunning view of the green hills beyond which more than made up for its dated nature. That said, it did have character and was great value for those seeking a clean, safe base away from the crowds of El Nido etc

We had a lovely stay at Blue Moon. Robert and wife was very helpful! However the rest of staff I found a bit lazy. While the hosts were rushing around to satisfy the client's needs they would just watching their phones. The bar and pool area is nice but needs a good spring-cleaning!

It’s near Nagtabon beach! I think if you’re staying in puerto princesa, it’s the best place to be. I enjoy their pizza too!

It’s just expensive to get there from the airport, since it’s away from the town. We paid 1000 to get there. Also if you don’t know how to motorbike, it’s not a convenient location but the hosts includes free rides to nagtabon beach. During our stay, the hosts were a bit stressed and unorganised. The next day, the bar and common area was a mess.

The hosts have created an excellent space for travelers to hang out, relax and spend time getting to know each other. The communal space has a pool table, hammocks, a bar and a lovely garden. There’s a good menu, which includes homemade pizzas. The rooms were great, too! They also offer free trips to the local beach.
