Randall was very friendly, and specially attentive with detailed information on the activities around and booking it for us, which helped us a lot. Check-in was also flexible. The room was cozy and just as described. Location was also good.

Just perfect, quick and efficient communication, laundry. Very competitive pricing.

Super clean and comfortable little room that was enough for us for a night. It’s also super central if you are in Monteverde. There are loads of restaurants and supermarkets around. The staff was super helpful with tours and friendly!

The only bad thing was the WiFi. It didn’t reach to our room and I would have needed it.

The place is well located, you can walk very easily to the center of Monteverde and the different restaurants. The activities around are easily accessible by car.

We were disappointed about the cold in the room : the wind was passing under the main door which was giving a very cold air in the room. And we couldn't take shower for the 2 nights we spend because it was freezing cold ! No hot water at all. Also, the staff wasn't very friendly compare to the other places we stayed at in Costa Rica.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. No frills, but that's what we expected for the price
