The hotel’s location is convenient and can generally be considered good. However, there are significant drawbacks. In the kitchen, the dishes were poorly washed and had grease residue, and the dishcloths had an unpleasant smell, which creates a sense of poor maintenance of the shared kitchen. In addition, the toilet seat was broken and kept falling down. It is also worth paying attention to the overall organization of the stay. The owner lives on the property and strictly controls guests’ behavior: you are expected to speak quietly, and playing music is not allowed, which creates a feeling of constant monitoring of guests. At the same time, there is a strange inconsistency in the rules: in the morning, the owner loudly cleans the yard, while hired staff freely use the shared kitchen, eat at the table, use the refrigerator, and spend time in the house as if they were guests. Overall, the impression is mixed: a convenient location is combined with an uncomfortable atmosphere and poor organization of basic household conditions.
