"EVITAR ESTE ALOJAMIENTO, DESASTRE DE SEGURIDAD, CERO EMPATIA CON LOS HUESPEDES, CERO RESPONSABILIDAD"

NADIE te espera ni te explica nada del alojamiento. Tanto los pisos como las habitaciones están sin numerar o nombrar, tienes que averiguar cual es la tuya intentando abrir los lockers para conseguir la llave. ME ROBARON del interior de la habitación (Denuncia en policía) y no se hacen responsables del sistema de apertura de puertas que quizás lo sabe todo el barrio. ALOJAMIENTO A EVITAR. NADIE VIGILA, Nadie me ha ayudado, cuando el robo es en sus habitaciones. Un lugar muy inseguro. Cualquier inquilino puede averiguar el código. Ruido constante de gente. SUCIEDAD, CUCARACHAS.

Wenn man jemand erreicht hat, war der Service sehr nett. Lage war gut - fußläufig viele süße Plätzchen in der Altstadt erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man in 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Las Palmas. Das Zimmer ist der sporadisch, aber hat alles was man braucht. Küche und Bad waren in Ordnung und meist sauber. Internet war zuverlässig zum Remote arbeiten.

Extrem hellhörig (andere Zimmer/ Eingangscode/ Fenster zur Straße). Man hat den Service sehr schlecht erreicht, wenn man ein Problem hatte - es hat sich meist nur ein KI-Bot gemeldet. Zimmer sind schon etwas abgenutzt, Wände könnten mal gestrichen werden oder die Türklinke repariert. Ein Bad für das gesamte Stockwerk ist auch etwas wenig, manchmal war es ewig besetzt. Wenn man vom Zimmer aus arbeitet, ist es zw. 11 und 15 Uhr sehr laut, wenn gereinigt wird.

Las puertas electrónicas mejoraron un montón. Inmediatamente que mascas la clave se activa, y te abre...

Es un solo baño, para 5 habitaciones. Habían 3 habitaciones con huéspedes. Por lo que había que agarrar turno.

L emplacement et aussi la cuisine

Le portant et le lit nécessitent une réparation ou un remplacement. Nous avons également constaté des problèmes à la réception : l’éclairage de la chambre est faible et la poubelle commune est située juste devant la seule fenêtre d’aération

Le Check-in est entièrement par code pour l'entrée et box pour la clé de chambre, nous n'avons donc rencontré personne mais le gérant est joignable et a répondu rapidement à nos questions et attentes sur Whatsapp. Très rassurant. Nous avons laissé notre valise quelques heures sans souci dans la kitchenette à la fin de notre séjour. Bon emplacement pas loin de la cathédrale.
