Lovely place with a lovely owner (and staff) in a central yet quiet location. The accommodation is also very clean and offers a cozy atmosphere. I would gladly come back.

Friendly hostel with lots of nice activities (movie night, salsa night, potluck, morning stretching). Nice surprise to have a free breakfast. We were able to check in early and leave our bags on our last day. Hostel was able to organise a tour to the Sumidero Canyon for us which was great (and there were lots of other tour options too). Kitchen is well equipped and baskets provided for your items. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, but might just have been our room. Breakfast was a little small (two slices of bread and one boiled egg) for us, but since it's free anyway one can't complain!

13 Cielos, as the name says, is an absolute gem in San Cristobal. With its beautiful decoration, lush plants and quiet co working spaces, it’s got a perfect balance for work, rest but also activities such as exploring the beautiful Chiapas outdoors and cultural activities such as the Sunday jam and the Friday night family dinner at the hostel. The staff is so so lovely and makes you feel super welcome every day. I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed for a week instead of one night - hope to be back some day!
