Umberto was very helpful, many showers, good location, good vibe, lockers, etc

Saggy bedframe. It killed my back. Please add a board under the mattress. And the red linen was stained. It's important to clean it properly.

I liked the location, the staff and the spacious feeling of the hostel. It was clean and relaxed. The terrace was great.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillow felt like a dollar quality one. There is some improvements recommended in terms of comfort.

The staff was excellent. The courtyard had beautiful, lush plants. Good location, 6 blocks from the center of town. Free clean water. Nice terrace hangout area.

Conditions are a bit crude. At check-in I was given a room with the worst pillows I have ever seen. Sleeping on them gave me an unbelievably bad neck ache. The door to my room couldn't be locked from the inside and opening and closing the door caused a loud noise.
