Bel Hostel

Good location.

For 2 days there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. They have only 2 keys for a 4 person dorm, so when 2 people locked the door and forgot to leave the keys at the reception I sat outside the room and in the reception for 2 hours waiting. This is a bit unacceptable to not be able to get inside your own room.

When I arrived, I was informed that there were only two keys in a four-bed room - meaning I couldn't have the key on me. Most of the time there was no one at the reception, even during the hours she said she would be. There was no key to the showers, so it was impossible to lock. There are no facilities for cooking or preparing food in any way (microwave, etc.).

Prices in restaurants in Tatranská Lomnica are very high.

Great price for the location, right next to the train station. Easy access point to enjoy the High Tatras, for both skiers and walkers.

€8 for breakfast seemed a little steep to me.

25 'C inside the hostel room; the little window could not help to ventilate the room enough.

Location, bar and restaurant in the building. Toilet and shower facilities.

Very hot in the rooms, no air circulation, noise disturbance of other rooms, kitchen is poorly equipped and the top bunk doesn't feel very safe.
