Beautiful quiet location, wonderful restaurant, wonderful staff

It was perfect

Glasses stood up in draw, we broke one as it fell over.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant in the resort had lovely food and the surroundings were peaceful

I liked everything

Fireplace & bathtub on the verandah The restaurant was lovely. Most of the staff were lovely & welcoming.

Unfortunately the stay was marred by no hot water on check out morning. Disappointing but not the end of the world. The stay would have still earned an 8/10 if not for the excruciating experience with the reception staff member on check out who couldn't have been more unpleasant. Sadly she gave our stay a negative taint. No plans to return as it was very expensive for the quality e.g. bed wasn't comfortable and there was no coffee machine.

Beautiful location and there was essential oils and beautiful spa music playing as we entered our treehouse!

Maybe some more candles for the bathroom? We had a beautiful spa bath in the bathroom but only one tea light. More candles would have been fabulous!

Spotless, peaceful, well maintained.

I thought the staff were incredible. From reception to in the restaurant, so good. We would 100% come back again just for them alone. They completely made us feel on holiday and that we were in a relaxing environment
