The staff here are great and very accommodating and friendly. I have stayed multiple times The rooms are extra large with modern furnishings and a balcony and large kitchen and separate enclosed laundry in the room. Safe car parking and quiet. Exceptional value for money when on sale at $182 or less per night. I definitely will stay again. Thank you

You cannot smoke on site even on the balcony. You have to make sure you allow the time for key collection & online check in as it's a bit of mission especially after hours. Only 1 parking space so any visitors must park a fair walking distance to visit you. But if you GPS everything & plan ahead you should find it much easier. I don't agree with any bad review about this place though, so if you're going anywhere in the area or even if it's your only option for the gold coast I would definitely stay here if I was you. It's soundproof too so good for crying babies!

A short easy walk to the adjoining Coles complex which includes a good hotel for meals. Gated.

Not didn't like. If thinking of staying and you find negotiating 17 steps to the bedroom areas a bit daunting then I believe easier access rooms are available.
