The staff, location, and security.

The apartment was not clean. The carpets were visibly stained, there were food marks on the wall by the couch as if a toddler placed food hands on the wall. The glass sliding doors had dirty hand marks on them. I also didnt realise we were getting the traffic view with balcony - perhaps the pictures were misleading with the waterview. The mugs were stained from tea/ coffee indicative of not being washed properly. The long couch as hard, worn and uncomfortable as well as dirty. The 2 armchairs were worn. I questioned if the sheets were actually changed...

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well presented. We were also upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, which was appreciated. The location was convenient for our work commitments, with easy access to nearby facilities. Staff were helpful and check in was straightforward.

No major issues during our stay.

The key collection was good, the townhouse was very clean and spacious. It was well furnished and in a nice central location.

The instructions to get to the apartment were wrong - including the wrong number address and photos of another apartment block. The bed in the master bedroom was super firm.

Lack of instructions for use of the main gate, lack of towels for 6 people, basic utensils missing like a bottle opener and surprised that there was no coffee plunger.

We stayed here for 2 nights a few years ago and absolutely loved it so we decided to come back . Well let me tell you that we will never return here ever again the room was absolutely filthy the sheets had evidently not been changed for quite some time the only spare blanket provided in the room was stained with what I could only say looked like urine . The shower in the ensuite was unusable and the shower in the second bathroom was not much better . The lounge was so uncomfortable and the dining table and chairs were very out dated and worn . The mould in the ducted air con vents was absolutely disgusting . The out door furniture was also very stained and the kitchen utensils needed to washed before they could be used . I did mention this to the receptionist when I dropped the keys back and also showed her the photos I had taken and her response was we have been very busy this week , the room was cleaned before you checked in but I’ll make sure to let the cleaner know she needs to do a more thorough job today . I thought that she may actually do this but then I came here and read the reviews and I saw another review for the exact same room (5224) and some of the same issues and realised it’s not going to be fixed so decided to post my own review. If I could give no stars I would .
