CAThe location is perfect, away from the noise of the city. Rooms are very spacious with a lobby, kitchen and dressing room.
1. Bathrooms are not maintained. Water kept dripping from the toilet jet and filled the floor. 2. There was no provision of a tea tray. 3. The stairs to get room had overhanging branches. We had to bend and walk through them. 4. Kitchen service is very slow. 5. Not much variety or quality of food. 6. We pre-booked, but on arrival after a long journey, no one seemed to know that we'd booked and it took 15 minutes to get the issue sorted.

Only one issue that there is no arrangement of Tea in the room like tea bag and milk packet etc.

1. No internet connection available. 2. Poor connectivity. 3. Time management was poor. Need to improve on it. 4. There was pool only for kids where we saw pool in the website n packed our swim suit n returned with diassapointment. 5. Where most of the hotel has breakfast from 7 am. Here it is at 8:45 am. 6. Lack of communication. 7. Only kettle was there bit no coffee or tea packet to make our own.

INBreakfast was great- typical South Indian delicacies. The location was also nice- very close to nature.
Access guideline could have been better.
