Please note that the restaurant will be closed until May 30. All reservations during this period will be on a room-only basis, and meals cannot be added to the booking. • Water, juice, tea, coffee and milk are included at breakfast. Water and juice /from dispenser/ are included at lunch and dinner. Alcoholic drinks are not included. • All meal plans (BB, Half Board and Full board) end with breakfast on the day of check-out. • Apartment cleaning and towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed once a week only for reservations of 5 nights or more • Guests with half and full board packages for at least 5 days receive 1 complimentary dinner at the Origin themed restaurant. This requires a reservation and is subject to availability. • WiFi usage is FREE for all devices. Exceptional stay. Lovely facilities. Great for kids. Safe and friendly. Tatyana and Nikolay were brilliant. Very accommodating and great service. Animation team were great.

Gerne! Hier ist eine angepasste Version deines Kommentars speziell für eine Bewertung auf Booking.com für das Premier Fort Beach Resort. Auf Booking sind Bewertungen meist etwas knapper, sachlich, aber deutlich formuliert – genau darauf ist dieser Text zugeschnitten: --- Bewertung: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/10) Reisedatum: 04.08. – 10.08.2025 (geplant bis 11.08., aber früher abgereist) Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und sind deshalb sogar einen Tag früher abgereist. Die Zimmerreinigung war unzureichend, der Balkonboden klebrig und der Strand sehr unsauber (Müll, Zigaretten, Plastik). Am Pool gab es viele Ameisen, und die Musik war den ganzen Tag über viel zu laut. Das Personal war unfreundlich, hat nie gelächelt und machte generell einen gestressten Eindruck. Es wurde ausschließlich Ukrainisch und Englisch gesprochen – mit Deutsch kam man überhaupt nicht weiter. Im Restaurant kam es zu einem Streit mit anderen Gästen, weil unser Tisch einfach abgeräumt und neu besetzt wurde, während wir uns kurz Dessert geholt hatten – weder das Personal noch das Management reagierten. Bei der Halbpension war nur Leitungswasser kostenlos, alle anderen alkoholfreien Getränke mussten extra bezahlt werden. Das Buffet war eintönig und nur lauwarm. Insgesamt war das Hotel für uns eine große Enttäuschung – von „Premium“ keine Spur. Nicht empfehlenswert. --- Wenn du willst, kann ich dir auch eine englische Kurzfassung machen, falls du sie zusätzlich auf Booking oder Tripadvisor posten willst.

I want to leave my review for a wonderful holiday in this hotel! I liked everything. They settled us on time without delays, helped with luggage. Large green territory, wonderful staff who will explain everything clearly and show everything. Very big parking , there was never a problem where to park the car. Good apartments, everything was clean and the bed smelled fresh. There are animators for children, the children were not bored, slides by the pool, pool is big and clear with water slide , tennis table, a playground, the children were not bored. I also want to highlight that every day in the amphitheater there were entertainment shows for children and adults. Our family really liked everything. We will definitely come here again!
