Pepper Trail Wayanad Pool Villa is a beautiful property, and our stay was excellent in most respects. The villa was well-maintained, the surroundings were peaceful, and the hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Yedu and Abhil for their warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay. Kishore who took on us on the Jeep Safari is a wonderful person who genuinely seems to love nature. We had a wonderful time just sitting and watching the birds by the lake.

Unfortunately, a guest in the neighboring villa flew a drone and filmed us in our private pool villa area. This was a serious violation of our privacy and left us extremely distressed. While the issue was reported, I was disappointed that the management response was not firmer. Mr. Hari, as manager, had the authority to address the situation decisively but chose a more " we are not responsible for this "approach, which was a little bit of a let down. Future guests booking the pool villas should be aware that privacy may not be adequately protected if neighboring guests use drones. Apart from this significant concern, everything else about the property was excellent.

A boutique luxury stay with limited villas and lush greenery around. We absolutely loved waking up to the sound of nature, birds chirping, peacocks flying near by. The peace and quite is unmatched. There is truly nothing quite like stepping away from the daily grind to find a pocket of absolute silence and to get lost in the nature. Very well maintained place and very friendly staff.

May be more options on the menu for lunch and dinner. But whatever they did serve was delicious so no complaints.

The property was like different world where full of birds and trees. Calm and peaceful environment. We enjoyed our stay.

Food could be better

The room and location were really good. Since the property is surrounded by estates and greenery, The room service was excellent throughout the stay. The pool suite was a bit expensive per night; however, the overall experience made it completely worth it, and we have no regrets. For anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the woods or amidst estates near Sulthan Bathery, this is definitely one of the best choices, especially with its convenient location close to the town center. The accommodation also offers a few activities during the stay, which adds to the experience. The food tasted amazing as well — even though the menu was limited, they did a fantastic job with the dishes they served. Highly recommended to try the food if you’re not interested in going out. Would love to visit again with family and friends

a few flies and small insects occasionally entered the washroom area, but it wasn’t a major issue. the order needs to be placed 2-3hours prior which was a bit frustrating.

Pepper Trail is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s tucked away in this massive 400-acre estate full of coffee trees and lush forest, with these incredible villas right in the middle of it all. I took my wife there as a birthday surprise, and she was absolutely blown away. We split our time between a villa and a treehouse. The villas are huge, with big rooms and balconies that look straight into the woods. But the treehouse was next level—it’s about 40 feet up, and you really feel like you’re living among the branches. At night, it’s perfectly quiet and dark, and we even saw a ton of fireflies, which was such a magical experience. The staff were wonderful and really went out of their way to take care of us. They organized a jeep tour of the plantation where we spotted some cool wildlife, including a giant squirrel, and the tea tasting they set up was a really unique touch. We also grabbed some of their bikes to explore the estate on our own, which was a blast. As for the food, it’s a little pricey, but honestly, it was so tasty that we didn't mind. If you're looking for a getaway, I can't recommend this place enough.

Location was excellent, just off the main road but opens up-to a 250 acre plantation. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Loved the property for the quality of stay it provides.

Food was a little disappointing considering the hefty price but would definitely come back again.
