This property is advertised as 5* star establishment, but in my opinion it is at best a 3 star and that is because it is next to a golf course. It is a difficult address to find even if you have a sat navigation. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They even collected us from centre of town when we could not find the place. The room is very dark and large, but it smelled of desinfectante. We did not see the spa facilities, but judging by the reception area and the room I can only imagine that it is of the same average standard. We did not like it for the price that they charged, it is not good value.
Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered .
