Location is fantastic Parking is right outside your unit Key is both a code and a physical key Facilities even in winter are excellent and the kids had the best time Lots of space for family get togethers and lots of amenities available Enjoyed the privacy of the unit Enough space for everyone plus more, noticed the comfortable leather couch was also a pull out Enjoyed the fireplace Washer and dryer was an awesome have Kitchen is very diligently stocked and everything is clean and in good condition

The master bed was lined up directly eye-line with the toilet, on a bathroom that had no door. Just open frame with sink, toilet and glass door shower fully visible to anyone in the master bedroom. Very cold in the back two bedrooms (master and pair of twins) and very warm in the other queen room The only other minor thing I would mention is there is a lot of outside doors and it feels a little insecure in that manner but all around it feels safe

Cute villa on one level with nice winter / mountain ambience. Had all the amenities needed with a well equipped kitchen. The fireplace was nice and it was great to be able to play music via bluetooth speakers. Each room was heated separately with controls which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Great location and staff were very responsive. We didn't end up using the resort club / pool as we enjoyed Radium Hot Springs. Our name on the door was a nice touch!

Overall a great experience and have only small suggestions: 1) sharper chopping knives (or have a knife sharpener available), 2) printed instructions (e.g. where to take the garbage) 3) provide recycling / compost bins (there was only one small bin under the sink)
