Buona posizione vicino all’ingresso della west gate. Tiffany e i ragazzi dello staff davvero gentilissimi e hanno cercato di aiutarci in ogni modo.

Struttura neanche lontanamente classificabile come realtà alberghiera completa. Livello di pulizia in generale carente soprattutto nelle aree comuni con un focus sull’area colazione, purtroppo da considerare in generale inqualificabile secondo gli standard alberghieri. Es. Tovaglie macchiate mai cambiate durante tutto il periodo del nostro soggiorno, aria viziata tipica di mancanza di igiene, mobilio coperto di polvere e le stoviglie dove veniva disposto il cibo non cambiate da un giorno all’altro e lasciate sporche per giorni. Il ristorante che viene proposto come parte dell’albergo ha un livello di igiene assolutamente insufficiente. La gentilezza estrema di Tiffany purtroppo non compensa le carenze di una struttura che pare più essere gestita a livello ancora dilettantistico.

El entorno

Experiencia muy decepcionante. No lo recomiendo. Lo único positivo de este alojamiento es el entorno natural, que es bonito y tranquilo. Sin embargo, todo lo demás ha sido una gran decepción. Las fotografías que aparecen en la publicidad no reflejan la realidad. Las habitaciones no son como se muestran en las imágenes y presentan problemas de humedad y moho. Además, si te alojas cerca del estanque, es habitual encontrarse ranas dentro de la habitación. Otro aspecto muy incómodo es que la ducha es exterior; la habitación no dispone de una ducha interior como cabría esperar. El desayuno es muy pobre, con poca variedad y muy por debajo de lo que se anuncia. Respecto al masaje, la experiencia fue inaceptable. El supuesto espacio para masajes no es un lugar adecuado para ofrecer este servicio: estaba sucio, con olor desagradable, humedad en las paredes, colillas de cigarrillos en las ventanas y unas condiciones de higiene muy deficientes. Además, el establecimiento anuncia servicios e instalaciones que no están disponibles. No tienen piscina, a pesar de que esta sigue apareciendo en la oferta, y tampoco cuentan con un verdadero espacio profesional para realizar masajes. En general, la sensación es la de haber pagado por algo que no corresponde con lo ofrecido. Una experiencia muy decepcionante y una relación calidad-precio muy mala. 非常失望的一次入住体验，不推荐。 这家酒店唯一的优点就是周围的自然环境比较漂亮、安静。除此之外，整体体验令人非常失望。 宣传照片与实际情况严重不符。房间和照片展示的完全不一样，而且存在明显的潮湿和发霉问题。如果入住靠近池塘的房间，甚至可能会有青蛙进入房间。 另外，房间内没有室内淋浴设施，淋浴区是在室外，这一点在预订时并没有得到充分说明，给住宿带来了很大的不便。 早餐非常简单，种类少，质量也远低于预期。 按摩服务更是令人无法接受。所谓的按摩场所卫生状况极差：环境脏乱，窗台上有大量烟头，墙面潮湿发霉，空气中有异味，整体环境完全达不到正常按摩场所应有的卫生标准。 此外，酒店宣传的部分设施和服务实际上并不存在。酒店没有泳池，但宣传内容中仍然展示泳池设施；同时也没有真正专业、正规的按摩场所。 总体来说，实际情况与宣传内容严重不符，让人感觉花的钱并没有得到应有的服务和体验。除了周边环境之外，几乎没有值得推荐的地方，是一次非常令人失望的入住经历。

Our stay at the resort was amazing! The location is great, only 5 min by car ( resort free shuttle) to the national park. The view is stunning, right in front of the mountain. It was like being in paradise. The stuff, Tiffany and David, are the best! They are always at your disposal for whatever you need and help you with the planning, every day! They are always smiling and with positive attitude..this made our experience even more special! We will go back to the resort for sure!!

Le personnel est très agréable, ils nous ont aidé à organiser toutes les activités autour de Zhangjiajie avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

Great staff (Tiffany) she helped us with tickets for all nearby attractions, she even paid in advance for us. No language barrier at all. We enjoyed are stay there and can recommend this to everyone who wants to visit the national park. The restaurant has great food in the evening, you don't have to go out for dinner.

To be honest, the breakfast no butter, jam, scrambled eggs... anymore try to ask but nobody understands me. But anyway I can recommend the hotel to everyone.
