Please note the property is located on a ridge which requires uphill walking (about 200 steps from lowest bungalow to the dining area). Please note that only children older than 6 years are welcome due to the limited opportunities to enjoy the place for children younger than that age. Please note that the children's rate is only for kids between 6 and 11 years old. Children as from 12 years old pay the adult rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Unreal and magical experience staying in the rainforest"

This property and the staff were exceptional all around. Everything you may need was provided and the staff was always happy to accommodate requests- they even packed us our favorite hot sauce to bring home! Tour guides were exceptional.

We are traveling to Costa Rica quite often and this resort in the jungle is very unique, animals come to you everywhere, food is perfect, nobody disturbs you there.

We paid more than 2.000 USD for night, for that we would like to have someone who would be there for us. First day we spoke with consierge, but we never saw him again. Other hotels have receptions, this does not.
