The host is very kind. Self check-in and check-out was a breeze. The room was comfortable. Situated in a quiet area, close to a market and amazing food trucks!

Maybe I just had a bad experience so the good things about this property are minimal. Affordable rates, hot water, in a secured and safe location. Renting a car from the property was cheap, but you must pay for insurance. Photos of the studio are mostly accurate. The hostess Deborah was nice and took care of the needs I had, but the problem was that they should have already been taken care of before arrival.

I was in apartment Ecuador in the front of the complex. The shower was dirty and filled with ants and gnats. Yes, I know they are normal but it looked like they had been there for more than a day. The drain in the shower clogged the first time I took a shower. No hand soap in the bathroom, an almost empty bottle of soap in the kitchen for dishes, a broken freezer door (I was told later a part needed to be ordered from the US). Although the mattress is soft, the bed was very squeaky. Cobwebs in the corners and a broken toilet seat. The cats like to congregate and eat right outside the door.
