Chang Pai Hill

Die Aussicht war gut und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir sind nachts aufgewacht, weil nebenan jemand spät nach Hause gekommen ist. Direkt über dem Zimmer ist eine Dachterrasse, wo nachts Stühle herumgeschoben wurden, während wir darunter schlafen wollten. Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und das Fenster im Bad war defekt. Im Bad lag ein Behälter für die Hygieneartikel, bei dem wahrscheinlich jemand mit dem Föhn zwei Löcher reingeschmort hat- sowas kann man doch einfach mal austauschen (für ein paar Baht bekommt man das bei DIY). Der Safe funktioniert nicht und ist sowieso viel zu klein und nicht befestigt. Das winzige Vorhängeschloss an der Eingangstür bietet keinen wirklichen Schutz vor einem Einbruch. Die Poolanlage ist schmuddelig. Die „Straße“ zum Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und total steil. Also nichts für Fahranfänger.

Such a beautiful oasis but still close to attractions with our hired scooter. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. We loved,our room with its balcony and spa. Breakfast bought to the room daily was a special treat.

Booked this for the outdoor tub but was difficult to enjoy on account of the mosquitos. 10/10 for the staff but 2/10 for the room, since night and day there were dead ants falling onto the bed from the pot light right above the bed, complete nightmare. As well, the promised views facing west for sunset were fully obstructed by over grown trees. High time for repair and maintenance I think.

The breakfast was excellent and brought to the room. We particularly loved the banana rotis. The hotel is on the side of a hill so the view from our room was breathtaking! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a cute cafe with view point with more stunning views of the mountains. there is a small pool to cool off in when the heat gets too much. Staff were incredibly helpful and the shuttle service to the centre of town was great.

The sun loungers by the pool need an upgrade.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in. This was my second stay here.The staff are warm and friendly, and helpful. The food is fantastic! Fresh and prepared/cooked perfectly. The spa bath works a treat, the views are stunning ro watch the clouds and rains roll by. The bed gives a good sleep too, super comfy.
