Wauw super gave kamer met prachtig uitzicht over de bergen van Pai en een heerlijk bad op het balkon, uniek! Het ontbijt werd op de kamer gebracht om de afgesproken tijd, bij het inchecken konden we kiezen wat we wilden, genoeg keuze. De badkamer is erg luxe. Er is genoeg parkeerplek voor eventueel gehuurde auto of scooter. Bij de balie van het hotel hebben we een scooter kunnen huren. Dat gaat via een ander bedrijf, maar gaat heel netjes. Scooter aan het einde ook weer opgehaald door het bedrijf. Wel handig om te hebben om Pai te verkennen en ook nodig om naar de walking street te gaan, wat anders 25 minuten lopen is en nu maar 5 minuten.

Het bed was okee, zakte een klein beetje door. Kussens en dekens waren wel goed.

De rust en het uitzicht. Net buiten de drukte van het stadje, maar toch dichtbij genoeg voor de gezelligheid. Fantastisch terras (met bubbelbad), heerlijk ontbijt op de kamer geserveerd en een eigen restaurantje/barretje waar je lekker kunt eten en een Changbiertje kunt drinken.

Ich fand den Ausblick vom Bett/ Balkon aus sehr schön. Zimmer war geräumig. Es gab einen Fahrdienst bis 19 Uhr in/ von der City. Bett war sehr bequem. Abends ein heißes Bad , wenn es kalt wurde in den Bergen... Super Sunset- Point, entweder vom privaten Zimmer oder eins drüber vom ruhigen und guten Restaurant.

Naja, es gehört mal renoviert/ paar Sachen repariert und frisch gestrichen. Ist ein wenig abgewohnt, was mich aber nicht sonderlich störte.

The room is beautiful. Has a lovely view. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean and specious.

The refrigerator did not work, the heater did not work, the TV did not work, and the outdoor tub could not be used for a hot bath because there was not enough hot water. I only raised the issue of the TV with staff, as I was really looking forward to using it. We stayed for two nights, and I reported the TV problem immediately after check-in. Despite this, we were never able to watch it, as it was never fixed. I walked down the hill three separate times to ask about the issue. The first time, I was told someone would check it. I went out for the day, but when I returned, it still did not work. I was then told that it was working, although it clearly was not. I was asked to try fixing it myself by removing a card and wiping it, which we did. We tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but I never once saw staff come to the room to check the TV, even though they told me they had and insisted it was working. This left me with the impression that the issue was not taken seriously and that I was being put off rather than helped. Because of the response I received with the TV issue, I did not raise the other problems, as I did not expect them to be addressed with any more care or urgency.
