La atención de empleados, limpieza y prolijidad del lugar Habitacion, ropa de cama, presión de agua excelentes

No me gustó la insistencia para concurrir a la charla, una vez allí me pareció extremadamente larga, sin necesidad, preguntas íntimas y redundante, 2 hs perdidas de sol y mar, además el regalo prometido (una taza) no fue otorgado En los 6 días no hubo reposición de materia prima en la creperie Los platos de los restaurantes me parecieron escasos

"Arruinada por el desgano del personal"

La parte de playa y actividades que tenia era lo unico bueno, todo esto fue opacado por el personal que trabaja ahi, desagradables.

Tiene potencial… pero el personal arruina la experiencia. Estuve alojada recientemente y lamento decir que, si bien las instalaciones son lindas y la ubicación es excelente, el trato del personal fue de lo peor que viví en un hotel. Falta de amabilidad, desinterés total y en algunos casos actitudes directamente desagradables. Una pena, porque el lugar podría ser increíble si se trabajara más en el servicio humano. Además, la comida es muy repetitiva y con poca variedad, lo que se vuelve monótono si te quedás más de dos días. No lo volvería a elegir, salvo que se noten cambios reales en el equipo de atención.
