It was nice

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The little pool was clean. The bed was very comfy, the shower pressure was excellent and the AC was powerful. Having a restaurant at the hotel was great and it was reasonably priced and good quality. It was away from the business and noise of Baga with a couple of nice restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the edge of Baga beach.

It was overpriced for what it was. The hotel could really do with a deep clean and a renovation. I’m sure once upon a time it was quite sweet but it was actually really quite grubby in the bathroom, with dirt all over the hinges and tiles in the shower and they had put urinal balls on the drains to stop them smelling but instead it made the whole room stink of the balls. There were chips on the doors, cracks in the walls, and there was construction work next door which though we were promised wasn’t going to be every day, it was. There were only 2 sun beds next to the pool which is ridiculous and it only gets sunshine for half the day.

Everything was great! The staff were very helpful and service was excellent. The restaurant was delicious and great value for money, every dish was great and service was always quick. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and the location was quiet close to the river, only a 10 min walk to the beach
