"pleasant but could have been better"

The stay was comfortable and we had a nice family room which accomodated us and our kids well. The location and the property itself was very gud.

Some service criteria were missing like when I ordered tea it was cold when it came. Also, in the bathroom the water was not very hot. The person in the night duty was not professional or helpful at all. He even denied us parking when we first went to check the hotel.

Family room size is very good. Hotel is newly constructed. Best part is its restaurant. And its food is best.
