Room 4125 was clean Restaurant was clean and always the grilled food is nicely prepared Pool was very nice Aqua was nice too The staff was very chearful Thanks to Mr Kerolos at the reception Sheif mohammed at beach restaurant Mr Ismail G.M for the nice complement Meal times was very nice

No guardian at the aqua ... Room size is small There was unaccepted sewage odour behind the bathroom at the pool and the west sided rooms The snacks was too limited and no varities ... Shouldn't be only pancacks!!!!!! Peer at the room fridge should be removed as iam a muslim and they already had my personal informations before my check in

Restaurant staff was friendly, rooms were somehow good, soft drinks somehow was good, the location was good

The housekeepers weren’t friendly and you have to pay tips to clean the room and provide you with tea and coffee and shower gel or hand soap, there wasn’t welcome drinks like other hotels, all prices are in Euro however we are in Egypt and we are Egyptians!!!

Aqua park for adult not safe at all No one standing at the top of play game start point to monitor the guests The slop level of the Aqua not leveled enough and maybe because of water pump pressure issue too the pool depth in-front of the Aqua not enough for safety wise
