È stato tutto perfetto! Bellissima la struttura, la camera con un meraviglioso balcone vista piscina e vista mare, la cucina molto varia e ottima, il personale super gentile e disponibile, il reef di fronte all'hotel è meraviglioso...una vacanza perfetta

L'unico piccolissimo neo...il phon della camera che funzionava per 1 minuto poi si surriscaldava e bisognava aspettare qualche minuto per poterlo utilizzare un altro minuto Consiglio di portare il phon da casa se si necessita acconciare i capelli

the territory is well-maintaned staff ready to help. they let us check in at 12 and check our at 14. nice areas for beach beds and wind shields (was windy when we stayed) very warm children pools

you can hear easily through the room and balcony doors so other visitors coming home banging doors and talking in the hall or loud music can wake up your little child who is asleep. the staff often cleans rooms after lunch also causing noise and disturbing your rest and generally no quiet time for day rest - loud music from the pool area and staff cutting grass with very noisy lawn-mowers A construction started behind the wall at the children pool area. An ecscavator working caused noise and dust when we were in the pool with our child. there's no place to swim in the sea, only a narrow stretch of water (knee-high) - only good for little kids not really sandy at the entrance to the sea, mostly broken little shells and corals

We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach. The housekeeping was perfect, the variety and quality of the food were good, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Nothing major. There is one towel center that serves the entire hotel, and it is preferable to have more than one center.
