"Nice Hotel Bad Staff"

The room was nice although the fireplace needed painting

We had a lot of luggage. The staff did not volunteer to take the luggage or to help me carry it up the stairs. The air conditioning was shooting out hot air. I asked the front desk to fix it. He came up and said it was set wrong but didn’t change any of the setting other than to turn it off. He said it will turn on by itself and will work in a little while. Of course it didn’t. We opened all the windows to cool the place off. I found the staff to be less than friendly and not helpful.
