I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this property. Despite communicating my arrival time in advance, my booked room was allocated to someone else. Additionally, the booking was made through Booking.com with a "pay at the property" option clearly stated, yet I was pressured for payment in advance, which was unacceptable. One staff member, Suresh, continuously demanded payment from the moment I booked, making the entire experience stressful. Furthermore, the property's real condition was completely different from the pictures shown online—misleading and disappointing. This was my first bad experience since using Booking.com, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thankfully, Booking.com offered me a refund as a courtesy due to this unfortunate experience.
INININININHost suresh bro was a wonderful person, he made the stay very comfortable and is the kind of person to become good friends with instantly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and easily accessible from city center, I stayed there as a solo traveller I was in Ooty to visit a temple, overall a friendly experience
