INitwas Suresh’s behaviour and management. from not over charging me for anything on a busy weekend at Ooty, to guiding me on how to reach ooty (roads were closed while arriving to ooty, and while returning too). while returning, I was not getting a taxi till metupalyam. He took out time to drop me himself! this is the epitome of customer service. I can’t thank him enough for his supportive nature and kindness. He has set my bar so high in terms of customer expectations now. I’ll recommend my friends to stay here just because of this.

INFrom the balcony it has a decent green view. The staff are supportive.
Cleanliness was poor. Hot water in the toilet came 5 drops at a time. Was very inconvenient to shower without enough flow of hot water. Food was average. The day I was there, the floor, the lobby and more places had lot of houseflies.
