The place is kept really clean and the panorama is amazing. The staff is really helpful, professional, kind and polite. Just to mention a few who we had more interactions with during our stay are Dina, Stella, Gulser in the Veranda restaurant and Alp and Dimitri in the Tahalassa pool bar, thank you for your kindness! We checked out 2 of the 3 a'la carte restaurants, they were nice and food was good, though we liked the main restaurant more overall. We planned to try out the Omi a'la carte restaurant too, but during our stay we weren't able to get a reservation there, unfortunately. We had a good time and we'll likely try that again next year :)

The only "minor" inconvenience for us was the display of allergenes on the food cards in the main restaurant. We're more conscious in terms of what we eat and try to avoid, for example gluten. While they had small food cards at most of the foods, it felt like they were not really reliable (unless we assumed that they use wheat flour in the kitchen then possibly everything can contain gluten ). During our stay I tried pannacotta 2 times, also tried spanish custard and a couple other mousse+jam+chocolate type cakes and all of them contained gluten according to their food cards, yet I had no reactions (which I was kinda happy about). Most of these cakes should have no gluten at all, they're mostly just milk, cream, eggs and some sugar, maybe some cocoa. So thats why I tried them and I was pleasantly surprised. Other than the confusion about the food cards, I found everything else really good, had a great selection of food overall ... We went for a lazy vacation and I gained weight, just as I expected I will :)

Excellent location, outstanding service and very good value for money. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view over the sheltered bay. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Lack of activities (other than the pool, you could only play pickle ball and tennis with reservations). I do not believe it was advertised that you only get ONE al a carte dinner at the restaurant for a 3 night stay- your only option for the remainder of your stay is the buffet where the food was lacking in variety and flavor.

אין שירות חדרים בכלל. לקחנו חדר עם בריכה ובשביל לקחת שתיה היינו צריכים ללכת לבר בבריכה שלא הייתה מממש קרובה לחדר.
