Loved the staff and everything about this hotel

Only thing i didn't like was the breakfast didn't have labels as i couldnt each much because I wasn't sure what it was.

Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Saubere, große und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Zimmer sehr groß mit schönem Balkon. Ausreichende Liegen am Pool. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Es gab ein bisschen zu wenige Parkplätze.

The hotel was well organised, very friendly and spotless throughout. Although it was early in the season it felt very much alive, and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was dealt with swiftly and professionally by the hotel staff.

A clearer access, opposite the hotel, onto the beach would have been nice.

Le petit déjeuner continental etait copieux, à volonté avec une belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons pu obtenir la clé de la chambre avant l heure et nous avons eu de nombreuses explications ce que nous avons apprecié.

La literie etait tres molle à notre goût.

Eine ruhig gelegene Anlage ca 15 Minuten mit den Auto von Chania. Die Zimmer im Hautgebäude sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Im neueren Nebengebäude gibt es ein Fitnessstudio (gratis) und Spa Bereich (extra Kosten). Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl.

Beim Abendessen gibt es leider wenig vegetarisches Auswahl, für nicht vegetarier aber viel dabei. Man kann zwischen Halbpension und A la Carte wählen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, würden aber sagen dass die 5 Sterne nicht mit dem Nivea in Deutschland vergleichbar sind. Gilt aber vermutlich für alle Hotels. Service war sehr unterschiedlich. Manche sehr freundlich, andere eher Durchschnitt.
