Staff were friendly and professional, ready to help in case of any query. The location was great bus station nearby easy access to the Heraklion city center.

There were a couple sandwiches in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine when we got there. The hotel was also very pretty and the nearby beach was very nice. We had dinner at the Olive Tree during our stay as well and the food and drinks were fantastic (although it is an outdoor restaurant and the amount of nats we killed on the table was ridiculous. Really wish theyd have something to try to minimize that at least). Also the wifi worked well

Our first night there it was evident other people had used our private pool and lounge chairs. The two lounge chairs were soaked and one of them was broken. The next morning, we walked to the reception desk and reported the broken lounge chair to the two women working there and they definitely understood what we were saying. The following evening the chair was still broken (our stay was also only 4 nights so it was fairly annoying it hadnt been fixed yet) so I called reception and informed her I had reported the issue yesterday and she literally asked me why I hadn't told her sooner and said that the ladies at the front desk mightve not understood. That genuinely pissed me off as I had a conversation with the two previous women about it- they absolutely understood & as I stated multiple times, I DID report the problem sooner. The private pool was also disgusting so we never used it. It was obviously not cleaned out or brushed before we got there and there were a ton of (both dead and alive) bugs floating in it. Despite being at a beach hotel, the staff also rarely swept our room when they came in to clean so we had to wear slippers around the room to avoid getting sand on the bed. We also bought a white widow preroll at the local mini market and were saving the half we didn't finish in the ash tray by the patio door and either the cleaning ladies or the technician who came in to fix our shower took the preroll and we're fairly certain they smoked it in the bathroom because there was ash all over the tub when we got back (for the record, we only smoked on the patio outside). They have 2 al a carte restaurant but you can only eat at each one once and the only one of them that was available was the Olive Tree so we didnt even get to use much of the "all inclusive" aspect of the hotel since we avoid buffets for health and safety reasons.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very old, dirty, and nothing like the photos shown online. In my opinion, this property deserves 1 star at most. The worst part was the insects everywhere in the room. There were ants, spiders, and other bugs all over the floor, walls, and even the bed. I could not sleep because they were crawling on the bed and on my body during the night. The room clearly had a serious cleanliness and hygiene problem. I complained to the staff, but they did not properly address the issue. They only placed some blue powder in the corners of the room, and nothing changed afterward. It felt like they simply did not care. Another issue was the complete lack of basic service. For 3 days, the shampoo was never refilled despite me asking reception multiple times. Every time they promised to do it immediately, but they never did. Honestly, I cannot imagine staying here with small children. If insects were crawling on me during the night, I do not even want to think about what could happen with kids in the room. Overall, this hotel was dirty, badly maintained, misleadingly advertised, and the staff showed no real concern for guests’ comfort or hygiene. I would definitely not recommend it.

Un accueil exceptionnel, des équipements et services de qualité, un personnel attentionné aux petits soins, une restauration haut de gamme variée, la proximité avec la plage, l’emplacement à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Tout était parfait. C’est notre plus beau séjour.
